Before writing a word, know who it’s about.
You shouldn’t have to explain your business all over again every time you create something. The brand dossier brings together what you do, your products and services, your customer profiles, your tone of voice and your visual identity. You can correct it and add to it: it’s the context behind every proposal.
Then give a topic in a few words, paste a full brief, or pick a product or feature from the dossier. Attach the photos that fit the topic. No idea today? The topic is optional: you can let the tool suggest one based on your business.
Not every post has to sell.
Sharing a useful tip, showing the care you put into your work and announcing an offer call for different stories. Choose an editorial goal: education, behind the scenes, product showcase, storytelling, a question to your community, promotion… Tone and target customer profile are also set for each proposal.
Here are three example briefs and settings. They’re creative directions, not posts that have already been generated or results we promise.
Creation idea · 01
Show what the finished result hides.
- Your brief
- “Here are the photos of this renovation. Explain why we kept the original doors and how we restored them.”
- Your settings
- Carousel · Behind the scenes · Your photos · Light styling
- The direction
- Tell the story of a craft decision, the steps and the details that make the difference. Your images show your work; the text helps people understand it.
Creation idea · 02
Answer it one more time. But for more people.
- Your brief
- “My clients can’t decide between a simple business website and an online store. Put together a carousel to help them choose, based on my attached notes, with no sales pitch.”
- Your settings
- Carousel · Education · No photo · Canvas in brand colors
- The direction
- Turn a question you keep hearing into an explanation worth saving. You check the substance and the wording before publishing.
Creation idea · 03
Show the product in use, not just its name.
- Your brief
- “Present our online booking from these screenshots: choose a service, find a time slot, get the confirmation.”
- Your settings
- Video · Product showcase · Imported media · Motion design
- The direction
- Make a real journey easy to follow with scenes and animated text. A demonstration, rather than a feature list.
AI when it helps. Your images when they say it better.
To show your shop, your team or a finished project, start from your real media. Import files, pick them from the library or let the tool search it for a relevant image. For video, you can provide your own clips or use the footage already in your library.
No photo for this topic? Choose an AI-generated image, or a no-photo visual made of text, colors and shapes. The styling level goes from the image alone to a full graphic composition. In video, it goes from the raw clip to motion design: you don’t have to add animation everywhere.
A carousel can also be set up slide by slide: a photo to open, a text composition to explain, another image to show the result. You choose the number of slides or let the tool suggest it.
Put the content in your library to work ↗You have the know-how. Not necessarily the script.
To explain a technique or tell the story of your work, shoot mode prepares a shot list and a voice-over script. You film the shots on your phone and record your voice with the teleprompter. The video is then edited from your takes.
Voice-over isn’t just for shoots. You can also put your own audio, imported or recorded, over existing media, or ask for a script to read on the teleprompter. Music and subtitle options round out the video, depending on your settings.
The right post is sometimes one touch-up away.
A headline that’s too long. A badly framed photo. A scene that goes by too fast. You can work on the proposal instead of starting over.
In the canvas editor, change text, fonts and colors, move elements, crop images and reorder layers. On a carousel, go from one slide to the next to adjust the whole set.
In the video editor, work on the scenes on the timeline: duration, transitions, text, animations, clips, music and subtitles. Watch the preview, then start the render. The post’s caption and hashtags can also be edited before publishing.
See the editor in the product tour ↗One topic, several proposals. Not the same copy-paste everywhere.
You can prepare up to five proposals in a single run. Each one has its own networks, post type, tone and goal. On the same topic, compare for example a tip post for LinkedIn and a carousel for Instagram, then keep what works for you.
Creation is multi-ratio: vertical, square or horizontal, depending on the formats your chosen destinations support. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, TikTok and YouTube are among the networks available. So a YouTube video can be designed horizontally too.
Find yourself using the same settings again and again? Save your set of proposals as a template and apply it again to the next topic.
A proposal is still just a proposal.
Reread, correct, choose. Check facts, prices, promises and the rights to the media used: the brand dossier provides context, it doesn’t replace your firsthand knowledge of your business.
And on days when you know exactly what you want, create a post manually, without AI generation. Choose your networks and format, compose in the editor, then write your caption. Generated or made by hand, the content goes through the same publishing or scheduling flow.
