The texts, illustrations, logos, videos and code of the website and the application belong to BRIXEL or its partners. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without BRIXEL’s written permission is prohibited (Articles L. 122-4 and L. 335-2 of the French Intellectual Property Code). The content you create with the service remains yours (see Article 6 of the Terms of use).

Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, ChatGPT a trademark of OpenAI; the names and logos of social networks belong to their owners. graine qui pousse is not affiliated with any of these companies.

5. Personal data and cookies

BRIXEL is the data controller for the personal data collected on the website and in the application. How it is used, how long it is kept and your rights are described in the privacy policy. For the personal data contained in its customers’ content, BRIXEL acts as a processor, under the data processing agreement.

The website’s audience measurement uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device. The application sets only strictly necessary cookies (see section 13 of the policy).
