You have the images. Find the right ones.

That precise move in a workshop video. The product photo taken before packing. You know you have them, just not which file they’re in. Describe what you’re looking for in your library, find the useful material and give it a new topic.

- Search by description
- Find the right moments in your videos
- Your selection, a new angle

## Your next post may already be in your files.

Photos of your finished work, footage shot in your shop, close-ups of a product: these media don’t need to have been made for social media to be worth posting. Import them into your business’s library, where they stay available for everything you create next.

Analysis starts after the import. Titles and descriptions in the catalog can be edited, and filters let you find files by media type or by brand. For semantic search and automatic selection of video clips, you need to wait until indexing is ready.

## Search for what’s in the picture. Not the file name.

You don’t remember “IMG_4827”. But you do remember hands packing an order. Semantic search lets you describe the scene or visual you’re after in everyday language: the tool ranks indexed media by how close they are to your request, instead of sticking to the words in the file name.

Name an object, an action or a framing. “Close-up of hands sanding wood” gives a more concrete direction than “a nice image for my next post”. You’re searching your business’s library, not a stock photo site.

Here are a few searches to try if you have this kind of media. They show a method, not guaranteed results.

### “Hands packing an order”

**Scope**: Videos in the “Workshop” group

**How you might use it**: Show the care that goes into getting orders ready, with a short behind-the-scenes video.

### “A finished wooden deck, wide shot”

**Scope**: Photos in the “Decks” group

**How you might use it**: Open a project carousel before explaining the choice of materials.

### “A product on a white background, up close”

**Scope**: Images in the “New collection” group

**How you might use it**: Highlight a product detail in a visual with an explanation.

> A match, not proof
>
> The first result is the closest among the media available. That doesn’t mean it shows exactly what you asked for. Open the preview and check the content, especially if your library has few media on this topic.

## This collection. This project. Not the whole library.

Gather a project’s files in a group: “Maple Street remodel”, “Fall collection”, “Behind the scenes at the workshop”. The same media file can belong to several groups. You can add files with multiple selection, remove them or rename the group.

A group also narrows the search and the material used when creating. To present a specific collection, choose its group instead of letting the tool search all your products. Media type and brand filters let you refine your search further.

> Organize without deleting
>
> Removing a file from a group doesn’t delete it from the library. Deleting the group doesn’t delete its files either: you change how things are sorted, not the material available.

## Find the right moment, not just the right video.

A workshop video can hold several moves, several shots and just one moment that’s useful for your topic. When a search matches an indexed video segment, the library shows a timestamp. The preview opens at that moment so you can check it.

To create a video from the library, the “Usable videos” panel lets you choose a group, all ready videos or a specific selection. The tool looks for moments in that set and assembles them on the timeline. You can then review the clips, their order and the pacing in the video editor.

Following a shot list, but you’ve already filmed one of the shots? Provide it from the library or your files, then choose its start and end before attaching it. You don’t have to reshoot a scene just because the script calls for it.

## Let the tool search. Or give it exactly that photo.

For an image, automatic mode looks for a relevant visual in the indexed library, optionally limited to one group. Already picked the right photo? Select it yourself. You can also import new files straight from the creation screen: they join the library and are selected for that proposal.

Reusing doesn’t mean you have to transform the image with AI. Retouch settings let you keep the media as is or rework it. Graphic styling is chosen separately: you can keep your photo and build a headline, colors or shapes around it, then adjust the result in the canvas editor.

## Same material. A new reason to care.

A project photo can show the result one day, explain a technical choice the next week, then illustrate a maintenance tip. What changes is what you teach the reader, not necessarily the photo.

Give the creation a new topic, choose the media to use, the goal and the format: a text post with an image, an explainer carousel or a video. You can add a voice-over, subtitles and motion design to your footage, depending on the settings you choose.

Vertical, square or horizontal: choose a ratio that works for the networks you’re targeting. To get different text or a different ratio per network, prepare separate proposals. Adding several destinations to one proposal shares the same post, without creating a different version for each.

## Keep what’s still right. Update the rest.

An old visual may show an outdated price, a discontinued product or an offer that has ended. Check that the information is still valid, that the people shown can still appear and that you have the necessary rights. Search finds content; it doesn’t certify that it can still be published.

From the library, you can remove an image or a video from semantic search, then add it back later. The file is kept: removing it is neither a deletion nor an access lock, and it can still be reached by manual selection or text search.

> The limits of your starting material
>
> A blurry photo or a video that’s too short doesn’t automatically become a good demonstration. You can add a new shoot to your media or choose a format that suits them better.

## Give your library a follow-up.

Start with a consistent batch: a few photos of one project and the footage that goes with them. Group them, find the useful details and prepare a first proposal. You can come back to the same material with a different angle, without setting up a new photo shoot every time.

After touch-ups and review, choose what you publish and schedule it in the calendar. The library provides the material; you decide what deserves a new post.

## Frequently asked questions

### What content can I repurpose?

Your photos, your videos and the media already in your business’s library. You can also import the files from an old post. Having this library doesn’t mean your whole social media history has been brought in automatically.

### What is semantic search?

You describe what you’re looking for, for example “hands preparing an order”. The tool matches your request against the visual content of indexed media and ranks them by relevance. You don’t need to know their file names. The results still need checking.

### Why isn’t my video showing up in usable videos?

This panel offers the videos whose indexing is ready. After an import, analysis may still be in progress. Also check the selected group and whether the video was removed from search. Library search can fall back to text search if semantic search is unavailable; that mode doesn’t replace the indexing needed to build a video from the library.

### Can I limit creation to one project’s media?

Yes. Group that project’s media and choose the group in the library settings. For video, you can also pick exactly which videos are usable. A group defines the material searched; it doesn’t publish its files automatically.

### Can I adapt one topic for several social networks?

Yes. Create separate proposals to vary the angle, the text or the ratio from the same media. A single proposal sent to several destinations stays the same post. Check each result before approving it.

### Will the new post be a copy of the old one?

Not necessarily. A photo or a video clip can serve a new topic, with a new caption and different styling. You choose what you keep and what you change; reusing the media doesn’t mean repeating the message.

### Do I need to connect my social accounts to join the waitlist?

No. Only your email address and your business’s website are required to join the waitlist. You connect your social accounts in the app.
